Tex-Mex Tomato Juice Cocktail
Ingredients
½ cup Tomato Sauce
½ cup Salsa
1½ cups Filtered Water
¼ teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
2 tablespoons Certified Organic Coconut Oil
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
Black Pepper, freshly ground, to taste
Directions
1. Combine tomato sauce, salsa, water and chili powder in a small saucepan
2. Heat just to boiling
3. Remove from burner
4. Stir in lemon juice and coconut oil
5. Add salt and pepper
6. Stir and enjoy
