Beth’s Morning Brew
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Raw Cilantro
1 Lemon, freshly juiced
½ Avocado
1 stalk Organic Celery
½ Carrot (omit if you’re diabetic)
1 large Tomato
½ Organic Cucumber
1 cup Coconut Water
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, freshly ground, to taste (optional)
Cayenne, to taste (optional)
2 scoops Standard Process Whey Protein Powder (optional)
1 Raw, Organic, Pastured Egg (optional)
Directions
1. Wash veggies
2. Chop
3. Blend
4. Add all of the other ingredients
5. Blend into a frothy glass of deliciousness
