Ranch Dip
Ingredients
3 cups Whole Fat Organic Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
¼ Small Red Onion, finely minced
2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
2 tablespoons Dill, de-stemmed and freshly chopped
2 tablespoons Green Onion, freshly chopped
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, freshly ground, to taste
½ teaspoon Paprika
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients until well blended
2. Cover, place in refrigerator
3. Serve chilled
4. Store in refrigerator
Optional:
• Crumble bacon and fresh parmesan and sprinkle on top for garnish prior to serving
• Add cayenne or a diced jalapeno for a little heat
• If you’re concerned about bad breath, roast and chill the garlic before adding it in
• Add raw whole milk to the blend to use as a dressing
