Hoisin Sauce (Soy Free)
Ingredients
4 tablespoons Raw Coconut Aminos
2 tablespoons Almond or Cashew Butter
2 drops Stevia, or to taste
2 teaspoons Raw Coconut Water Vinegar
⅛ teaspoon Garlic Powder (or 1 clove finely minced)
⅛ teaspoon Onion Powder
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper or Chili Paste
⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground
Directions
1. Starting with one tablespoon of the nut butter, blend together the vinegar using a fork until a paste is formed
2. Add remaining ingredients and work it thoroughly with a fork or whisk until smooth
3. Store in an airtight bottle and refrigerate up to 2 weeks
