Crockpot Beef Bone Broth
Ingredients
3-4 pounds Organic, Free Range Beef Bones
1 gallon Filtered Water
2 tablespoons Coconut Water Vinegar
1 whole Organic Yellow Onion, diced
2 cloves Organic Garlic, minced
1 sprig Fresh, Organic Thyme
2 stalks Organic Celery with Leaves, diced
1 large pinch Sea Salt
1 large pinch Black Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
1. Place bones in a Crockpot
2. Season your bones with plenty of salt and pepper
3. Roast bones (dry, do not add water) for 6-8 hours on high
4. Pour water and vinegar over bones
5. Cook on low for 2 days (48 hours)
6. Add onions, garlic, celery and thyme
7. Taste and add salt as needed
8. Cool the broth, strain and pour broth into container
9. Store in refrigerator
10. Scoop out the congealed fat on top of the broth
11. Heat broth when needed
