Tahini Lemon Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
¾ cup Spring or Filtered Water
½ cup Tahini
½ cup Raw Coconut Water Vinegar
½ cup Cold Pressed Olive Oil
1 Lemon, juiced
2 teaspoons Coconut Aminos
3 cloves Garlic
1 tablespoon Raw Sesame Seeds
1 teaspoon Sea Salt, or to taste
1 tablespoon Fresh Chives, chopped
¼ cup Fresh Parsley, de-stemmed and chopped
Directions
1. Toss all ingredients into a Blendtec, Vitamix, food processor, or standard kitchen blender
2. Blend until well combined and smooth
3. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator
4. Use within 2-4 weeks
