Bone Broth
Ingredients
3-4 pounds Organic, Free Range Beef Bones (or Chicken Bones)
1 gallon Filtered Water
2 tablespoons Coconut Water Vinegar
1 whole Organic Yellow Onion, diced
2 cloves Organic Garlic, minced
1 sprig Fresh, Organic Thyme
2 stalks Organic Celery with Leaves, diced
Sea Salt
Black Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees if you’re using beef bones; 450 degrees for chicken bones
2. Place bones on a baking sheet
3. Generously salt and pepper the bones
4. Roast bones for 30-60 minutes for beef bones, 30-40 for chicken bones
5. Add bones and all remaining ingredients to a large stock pot
6. Cook on medium low heat for 10 hours
7. Cool the broth, strain and pour broth into container
8. Store in refrigerator
9. Scoop out the congealed fat on top of the broth
10. Heat broth when needed
