I have spent two decades helping people get off their blood pressure medications and not a one could have ever gotten results if they ate bananas and chocolate. Not one!
Just because a food has been found to include a chemical that may be associated with a function doesn’t mean the food as a whole will cause that function to occur. These proclamations are for the most part fictional and suredly will never lead to better health let alone reduce blood pressure.
