Deodorant
The subject I’m discussing really stinks. So many of you are frustrated with an inability to find a natural and effective way to deal with underarm odor. When I first started on a program, my body was eliminating so many toxins that this issue became problematic for me. I have tried a few techniques over the years and figured I’d share my recipes for a natural deodorant spray as well as homemade deodorant bar or stick with you this week. I have used both of these with a great deal of success and satisfaction over the years.
I would encourage you to try making your own deodorant if you haven’t already. You will save money and avoid dangerous chemicals, and I personally think this homemade version works better too. This is the perfect solution for those who suffer with sensitive skin or really struggle with odor. It will be a great option for you.
The spray is something I carry with me for those emergency situations. When I’m in a stressful circumstance that causes my heart to race or my adrenaline to spike, I’ve noticed that an unwelcome underarm odor often follows. For situations like this, I slip into the bathroom and use this spray. If you use it immediately following a stressful moment, it will prevent the odor from occurring; but is equally good at eradicating one as well.
I use the spray more than the deodorant bars nowadays since my system isn’t eliminating as much as it did early on. I find that simply applying coconut oil after I shower and using the deodorant spray to freshen up, works great. You will soon be able to figure out what works best for you and I hope these tools will make it easier.
If you have any questions, I’m always here to listen and hopefully be able to answer or help you toward the answer you need. It’s rewarding to work with and for people I respect and care about. Thank you so much for what you do and all your encouragement.
