Cheese Ball with Prosciutto
Ingredients
16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
3 Jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped, divided
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
8 slices of Prosciutto, cooked and finely chopped
¼ cup Green Onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Raw Coconut Aminos
½ teaspoon Chili Powder
¼ teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
½ cup Pecans, coarsely chopped
Directions
1. In a medium sized bowl, stir together cream cheese, half of the jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, half of the prosciutto, green onions, chili powder, salt, garlic, aminos, and cumin until fully incorporated
2. On a large plate combine other half of the prosciutto, jalapeños, and pecans
3. Shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball and roll it onto the plate to coat well
4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for an hour before serving
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days
