Onion Dip, Simple
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Cold Pressed Olive Oil
1½ cups Onions, diced
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
1½ cups Sour Cream
¾ cup Greek Yogurt
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
Directions
1. In a saute pan over medium heat add oil
2. Heat and add onions and salt
3. Cook the onions until they are caramelized, about 20 minutes
4. Remove from heat and set aside to cool
5. Mix the rest of the ingredients
6. Add the cooled onions
7. Refrigerate and stir again before serving
