Mediterranean Dipping Sauce or Salad Dressing
Ingredients
½ cup Tahini
½ cup Coconut Milk
¼ cup Cold Pressed Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Coconut Cream Concentrate
2 tablespoons raw Fermented Coconut Aminos
2 tablespoons fresh Parsley, de-stemmed and minced
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
2 tablespoons Feta
3 cloves Garlic, roasted
½ teaspoon Sea Salt, or to taste
½ teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Coriander, toasted and ground
½ teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground, or to taste
½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, to taste (optional)
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth
2. Add water/oil to reach desired consistency
3. Use as a dressing or dip
