Beef and Sausage Meatloaf
Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef
1 pound Sausage
2 Organic Pastured Eggs
1 cup Zucchini, finely diced
½ cup Onion, finely diced
½ cup Carrots, finely diced
2 teaspoons Mustard, dried
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
½ teaspoon Thyme, dried
1½ teaspoons Basil, dried
½ teaspoon Oregano, dried
1 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground
1½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
1½ teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Cayenne (optional)
Directions
1. Combine seasonings and meat in a bowl and gently mix
2. Add 2 eggs and 2 cups of finely diced vegetables to the mixture
3. Gently incorporate without over mixing
4. Form into a loaf on an oven safe pan and coat with sugar free ketchup
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
