Coconut Chicken
Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless Organic Free-Range Chicken Breasts
½ cup Almond Flour
½ cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Organic Egg
2 tablespoons Organic Coconut Oil
Instructions:
- Mix almond flour, shredded coconut and salt together in a bowl
- Beat egg in a separate bowl
- Dip chicken breast in egg and roll in dry mixture
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add coconut oil when hot
- Pan fry chicken until fully cooked
