Simple Tortillas/Wraps
Ingredients
2 Organic Pastured Eggs
1 teaspoon Certified Organic Coconut Oil, melted
1 tablespoon Filtered Water
¼ cup Arrowroot Powder
1 teaspoon Coconut Flour
1 pinch Sea Salt
Directions
1. Crack the eggs into a medium-sized bowl
2. Whisk in the melted coconut oil and water
3. Add arrowroot, coconut flour and salt
4. Beat well to combine
5. In a small skillet over medium heat, pour in about ⅓ of the batter
6. Immediately roll it around to evenly coat the bottom
The tortilla should start to pull away from the edges as it cooks
7. Cook for 1 minute on each side
8. Cool completely
