Grain Free Granola
Ingredients
⅓ cup Certified Organic Coconut Cream
⅔ cup Almond Butter (or any nut butter you prefer)
1 cup of assorted Chopped Nuts and Seeds of your liking
Sea salt, to taste (optional)
Nutmeg, freshly ground, to taste (optional)
Cinnamon, to taste (optional)
Cayenne Pepper, to taste (optional)
¼ teaspoon Vanilla (optional)
Stevia, to taste (optional)
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients and seasonings in a bowl and mix thoroughly
2. Scoop the mixture in to a Ziploc baggie and close it
3. Lay the bag flat on the counter top and press down mixture until flat
4. Place the bag in the refrigerator until the mixture firms up
5. You can either crumble it like granola or break it in to bars or bite size chunks to be eaten later
6. This needs to be kept refrigerated as it will soften once removed
