Coconut Flour Pie Crust
Ingredients
½ cup Cold Pressed Organic Coconut Oil or Butter, melted
2 Organic Pastured Eggs
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
¾ cup Organic Coconut Flour
Stevia, to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. In a medium bowl beat butter, eggs, Stevia and salt together with a fork
3. Add coconut flour
4. Stir until dough holds together
5. Gather the dough into a ball and then pat into a 9 inch greased pie pan
6. Prick the dough with a fork
7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown
8. Let cool
