Pistachio Butter Dip/Spread
Ingredients
I cup Pistachios, shelled
2½ tablespoons Cold Pressed Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley, de-stemmed and minced (for garnish)
Directions
1. Place pistachios and olive oil into food processor or blender
2. Process until pistachio butter reaches desired consistency
3. Scoop into bowl,
4. Drizzle with olive oil
5. Sprinkle with parsley
6. Serve with raw vegetables or grain free crackers
