Artichoke Spinach Dip
Ingredients
2 cups Parmesan Cheese
10 ounces Spinach, chopped, cooked and drained (get as much liquid out as you can)
14 ounces Artichoke Hearts, chopped
⅔ cup Sour Cream
16 ounces Cream Cheese
2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Mix together Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke
3. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes
5. Serve with nut crackers
Option: For creamier dip add ¼-½ cup of Gruyere cheese.
