Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese
Ingredients
2 quarts Plain Greek Yogurt
Directions
1. Place 4 layers of cheesecloth in colander set over a bowl
2. Add the yogurt
3. Let drain overnight in the refrigerator
4. The desired consistency is that of soft cream cheese
Option: Cream cheese will be quite tart. A little Stevia may be worked in with a spatula to sweeten it.
