Creamy Tarragon Dressing
Ingredients
¼ cup Buttermilk
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
Pinch of Stevia
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
¾ teaspoon Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground
½ cup Cold Pressed Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Green Onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Tarragon, freshly chopped
Directions
1. Whisk together the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl until combined
2. Gradually whisk in oil in a slow, steady stream
3. Whisk constantly until smooth
4. Whisk in green onion and tarragon
5. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days
Let chilled dressing stand 30 minutes before using
